Annual Plans

Our Annual Plan is for home owners or multi-unit properties that wish to wrap up their yearly landscaping needs into one tidy package. The benefit to this type of plan is two fold.  First, all of your regular maintenance needs are solved.  You no longer have to spend the time to contact your provider to schedule services. Second, this program is billed in 12 equal installments over the corse of one year.  This allows homeowners and property managers to easily account for these cost.  

The12 month plan includes the following services:

• Weekly mowing through the season.
• Mulching beds, new mulch or turn over as needed. 
• Monthly weeding and pruning as required.
• Spring and fall clean up.
• Leaf removal
• Full service turf and fertilizing package.  
• Snow Service (optional)
